Most e-commerce platforms have image size requirements. In many, like shopify, it helps to have product pictures named in specific ways, that wouldn't have been feasible when the files were created. To help, we've created tools that you can use to resize and rename pictures in bulk. Try them out free!

Rename Pictures In Bulk

To rename your pictures, upload:
  1. a spreadsheet with 2 columns:
    1. The name of the picture file to be renamed (original file name)
    2. The new file name.
  2. the files to be renamed. These can be individual files or a zip file. The supported file formats are: jpg, jpeg, gif, png.
You will receive a zip file with the renamed files. Please note, the maximum total file upload size is 20MB.

Resize Pictures In Bulk

Uploaded pictures can be individual files or in a zip file. The supported file formats are: jpg, jpeg, gif, png. You can enter the width or height of the resized pictures and the pictures will be scaled accordingly. If you enter both width and height, the pictures will be scaled and either cropped or the canvas expanded. Minimum and maximum pixel dimensions are 100 and 3000.

You will receive a zip file with the resized files. Please note, the maximum total file upload size is 20MB.

Compare Spreadsheets

Comparing data from different sources can be a real chore. This application allows you to compare data in 2 spreadsheets, using one or more columns as keys and shows you where there is a data mismatch.

Please note: each spreadsheet can only have 1 sheet.
